One Screen Runs Your Business

Custom workflow software for businesses that have outgrown spreadsheets, and don't fit the off-the-shelf tools. Intake to payout, one system.

See how it works
What this is

Most software makes you work its way. I figure out how your business actually runs, then build the one system that runs it.

Automation x Judgment

Agents where they earn it

Agentic doesn't mean unattended. The repetitive middle — chasing documents, drafting the contract, moving the job along, reconciling the payout — runs on its own. Anything with money, liability, or a customer's trust on it stops for a person.

Built to your shape

No onboarding to someone else's model of your business. Your stages, your rules, your language, on one screen your team can learn in an afternoon — and I keep changing it as the business changes.

What I build

Four systems, one screen
Intake

Intake & approvals

Requests, quotes and documents land in one queue with the context attached. Routing, chasing and sign-off happen in the system instead of in someone's inbox.

Operations

Scheduling

Who's doing what, when, and what changed this morning. Schedules, assignments and reschedules stay in sync without a round of phone calls to confirm.

Money

Contracts & payouts

Generated from the job record, signed online, tracked, paid. Every amount traces back to the work it came from, so month-end is a review instead of a reconstruction — including real year-end tax slips.

Agents

Human in the loop

Agents draft, classify, summarise and follow up — including a voice agent that answers the phone. You decide which steps they finish alone and which land on a person's desk, and you can move that line any time.

How it works

Two weeks to two months — weeks, not quarters
01

Teardown

A working session mapping how the business actually runs today — including the parts that live in someone's head.

02

One screen, drawn

You see the plan before it's built: the stages, the fields, what the agents handle and where a person steps in.

03

Build & run in parallel

Live on real work in weeks, one workflow at a time. Nothing gets switched off until the replacement is better.

04

Keep shaping

The business changes; the system changes with it. Ongoing work, or a clean handover with the code in your hands.

Who you work with

One engineer, no handoffs.

I'm Nathan Samuel — an Agentic Software Engineer with a decade in construction behind me. Drywall and steel-stud framing, then college for renovation and construction engineering technology, up to assistant supervisor on high-rise structural builds across the GTA. That's where I learned to see what's actually broken in how a business runs day to day.

The person who maps your workflow is the person who builds it, ships it, and answers the phone when something looks wrong — no account manager, no offshore relay, no discovery deck that ends in a proposal for more discovery. Fewer people between the problem and the fix. It's why the work moves in weeks, and why the system keeps fitting once the business shifts under it.

Tell me what's breaking.

No pricing page, no packages. A 30-minute call, an honest read on whether custom software is even the right answer, and a fixed quote if it is.

Usually a reply the same day.
